HerSets gives you structured templates built for beauty services — lash maps with zones, nail formulas per finger, hair color placement records, skin analysis maps. Every client has a dedicated profile that updates automatically after each visit. You get instant search, allergy alerts, and service history — not a wall of text with no structure.

It can — HerSets includes a built-in booking page where you can track your appointments and send SMS reminders to clients. If you already use a booking platform like Square, Vagaro, GlossGenius, or Acuity, HerSets works great alongside it as your client notes and formula hub. But if you'd prefer to keep everything in one place, the booking feature is there whenever you're ready to use it.

Yes. HerSets lets you build custom templates from scratch. Add the fields you actually use, name them whatever makes sense to you, and save the template to reuse with any client. Whether it's a threading technique, a brow tint formula, or a hybrid lash method you've developed over years — you can capture it exactly as you work.

Yes. HerSets has built-in search across all your client records. Find a past formula, a specific product, or a client's allergy note in seconds — no more digging through screenshots or paper notebooks.

Yes. When you record allergy or sensitivity information on a client's profile, HerSets surfaces it automatically when you open their record. You'll never accidentally reach for the wrong adhesive or product again.

You can request account deletion directly in the app under Settings, or follow the steps at hersets.app/legal/Account_Deletion_Policy.html. All your data will be permanently removed in accordance with our privacy policy.
