These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HerSets app and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using HerSets, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use HerSets. If you are under 18, you confirm you have a parent or guardian's permission to use the Service. By using HerSets, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all registration information you provide is accurate.

2. Your Account

• You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@hersets.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
• You may only create one account per person unless we approve otherwise.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of the photos, outfits, and other content you upload to HerSets ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant HerSets a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service (for example, showing your closet back to you, or displaying content you choose to share publicly).

You're responsible for your User Content and confirm you have the rights to share it. Don't upload content that infringes someone else's rights, is unlawful, or violates these Terms.

4. Prohibited Conduct

When using HerSets, you agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, infringing, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise harmful.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
• Attempt to access another user's account or interfere with the security of the Service.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal use.
• Use HerSets for any commercial purpose we haven't authorized.
• Upload viruses, malware, or attempt to disrupt the Service.

5. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

• HerSets may offer free and paid features, including subscriptions billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Purchases are billed and managed by Apple/Google according to their terms; pricing, billing cycles, and cancellation are subject to their policies.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date, through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple/Google per their refund policies — HerSets cannot directly issue refunds for App Store or Play Store purchases.

6. Intellectual Property

The HerSets name, logo, app design, and underlying software are owned by HerSets and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding beyond what's needed to use the Service as intended.

7. Termination

You may stop using HerSets and delete your account at any time (see our Account Deletion Policy). We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us, or if required by law, with notice where reasonably possible.

8. Disclaimers

HerSets is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Style suggestions and outfit recommendations are for informational purposes only — we don't guarantee they'll meet your expectations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HerSets and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold HerSets harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your State/Country], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in [Your Jurisdiction], unless applicable law requires otherwise.
